Regional Representatives

Regional Representatives play an important role in representing archives and archivists in various regions throughout the province. In this volunteer role, representatives:

  • encourage the growth and development of a collaborative archival network
  • offer advice on the use of archival principles and practices supporting the access, use and preservation of archival records
  • advocate for regional perspectives and needs
  • promote AABC activities, programs, and coordinating special projects like workshops within their region
  • coordinate meetings (online or in-person) and regional tours
